Team Summary:

The Client Technology Management group is responsible for the alignment of J.P. Morgan technology capabilities and strategic roadmap to that of our key clients in the Superannuation and Investment Manager segments.

 

Key Accountabilities / Major Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact within Technology for an assigned portfolio of clients
  • Represent J.P. Morgan on client integration projects for new and existing clients
  • Develop strong relationships within key client accounts at IT Manager level
  • Manage client feedback on platform improvements through the product development lifecycle
  • Drive new product deployments within the current client base including validation of end-to-end workflow
  • Manage improvements to client integration activities that leverage core platform capabilities

 

Experience: 

  • At least 3 years experience effectively managing client facing projects and proactively building partnerships with clients and stakeholders
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to nurture and cultivate both client and internal stakeholder relationships
  • Working understanding of industry data standard messaging (SWIFT, Fix etc), 3rd Party Vendor systems (examples include Bloomberg, Factset, Barra) and standard integration protocols
  • Knowledge of Australian domestic / global securities markets

Qualifications Required: 

  • A tertiary qualification in technology, business or accounting as well as relevant project management qualifications
