JPMC is seeking talented VP candidates to join the Choice Seating Program Team (reporting into the Head of the Choice Seating Program).
Choice Seating is a JPMC initiative that enables employees to use unassigned seating in either traditional or High Performance Workspaces.  The strategy allows JPMC to enhance work-force practices by promoting team collaboration and allowing for individual choice, while creating a more flexible, efficient workplace. 
The Choice Seating Program is a partner team to the Local Leadership Program, and both functions are part of the Chief Administrative Officer’s Corporate Strategic Initiatives (CSI) team. The CSI teams operate as dedicated internal consultants with a mandate to help business, operational, and support functions make decisions that result in operating and bottom-line improvements.
Key Responsibilities 
  • Work with program leadership to hone and execute the Choice Seating strategy and execute change management programs, working with a broad range of senior stakeholders, including:
    • Hub Location Leaders
    • Impacted employee groups and leaders
    • Global Real Estate
    • Global Technology Infrastructure
    • Human Resources
    • Communications
  • Focus on effective operational processes are in place as Choice Seating scales across the bank
  • Work with program leadership to determine optimal rollout strategy (timing, locations, functions, pre-requisites, etc.)
  • Assists with cross-functional teams with project oversight, particularly as it relates to reporting and executive presentations
  • Participates in/supports complex business analysis and planning for multiple functions or LOBs (demand management, project management, project resource goals & objectives measurements and tracking, service level / timeline metrics, project meta data)
  • Provides communication to internal and external audiences which could include financial, client, operational and regulatory data
  • Project manage deliverables and elevate risks to program leadership
  • Oversees the preparation of complex reports and performance and production analysis 
  • Direct, regular and influencing contact with Senior Management.
  • Manages multiple resource locations ensuring accurate, timely and consistent delivery
  • Partner with broader Corporate Location Strategy team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The candidate must have experience with strategy, process re-engineering, project management, and change management. Knowledge of workplace strategy, real estate, operations and technology are preferred.  Further, the candidate should have a proven track record of:
  • Exceptional interpersonal leadership and influencing skills, and ability to achieve goals without direct control over resources
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; prior experience presenting to and working closely with senior management
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying large scale change management or other transformational programs
  • Very strong analytical, conceptual and creative thinking, with ability to develop business insights and hypotheses
  • Strong quantitative skills, particularly designing complex business cases and reporting on key metrics
  • Ability to develop clear, concise and pragmatic findings and recommendations
  • 7-10 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent partnering, influencing and negotiating skills
