Commercial Banking Treasury Service Regional Sales Center

The Commercial Banking Treasury Services Regional Sales Center Team is a leading provider of global; cash management, liquidity and commercial card capabilities. We develop, implement and deliver a full range of Treasury Solutions that help clients with, $20 Million to $100 million in revenues.

 

The Regional Treasury Sales Team supports Commercial Bank Treasury clients with a focus on the Lower Middle Market segment. The Sales Support Team Leader is responsible for creating, managing and developing a centralized Treasury Sales team of 5+. 

 

The team supports a national book of business across the full life cycle of a client relationship;

  • General Sales pursuits & proposals
  • Cost/benefit analysis
  • Pricing & Profitability modeling
  • Solutions implementation
  • Day to day Client support
 

The Regional Treasury Sales Team Leader plays a key role in the development of the Sales Center Support team. The role will partner with the National Treasury Sales Associate Program Manager to achieve talent development goals. Further, will partner with Regional Treasury Sales Leadership to drive best in class delivery of Treasury sales processes, and solutions including proposals, projects, implementation requests and relationship reviews.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of TS Sales Center people provide leadership, coaching, and development across all aspects needed to achieve positive performance
  • Provides direction and coordination for the Associate/Analysts team. Monitor staff performance, provides appropriate coaching, recognition and feedback
  • Build collaborative internal relationships with Regional Treasury Sales Team,  Bankers and other internal partners
  • Participate in partner meetings and communicate key Treasury Management messages in a timely and accurate manner
  • Aligns daily activities to drive strategic business objectives
  • Protects the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements

Experience/Knowledge:
  • Five years of sales and industry experience
  • 3 - 5 years of sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build, direct and manage an inside sales/relationship management team of parallel size and scope
  • Demonstrated sales coaching abilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge of treasury solutions

  • Ability to drive business results in alignment with strategic objectives. Ability to drive and manage process and controls
