As an experienced professional in our Cybersecurity organization, you’re equally committed to watching over our data today, as well as finding innovative new ways to protect it in the future. To do that, you’ll help lead a highly motivated team laser-focused on analyzing, designing, developing and delivering solutions built to stop adversaries and strengthen our operations. You’ll use your leadership skills to give guidance, best practice advice and support across all our business and technology groups. You’ll take the lead on incident response, risk reviews and vulnerability assessments, identifying threats, all of which ladder up to driving and selecting cost-effective solutions. You’ll deploy best practices, new policies, and emerging trends to strengthen our strategic roadmap. You’ll keep management, executive directors, managing directors and stakeholders in the loop, as well as managing people and budgets. The following leadership position in the Production Management organization is accountable for driving and supporting technology initiatives for Technology Controls and Cyber Products. The role will lead the Shared Services functions for Monitoring, Capacity Management, Resiliency, SRE, and delivery of technology services for all production Controls and Cyber applications. The ideal candidate will be a proven team builder and leader of people with a business-oriented mind-set and strong strategic perspective.

This position is anticipated to require the use of one or more High Security Access (HSA) systems. Users of these systems are subject to enhanced screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks, and/or other enhanced screening at the time of accepting the position and on an annual basis thereafter. The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.

 This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
• Identify inadequacies within the environment and construct solutions to resolve the problem i.e. Service Improvement initiatives
• Provide expertise in the full range of technology controls practices: information risk management, business resiliency, IT control policies, problem, incident and change management processes etc.
• Splunk Administrator or Power User experience/certificate required
• Must have prior experience with Linux and/or Microsoft Windows Servers with relevant certification(s) desired (i.e. Red Hat, Microsoft Windows)
• Hands-on experience with security or monitoring products, with knowledge of 1 or more of the following systems: Symantec DLP, ESM, CCS or Qualys products, ArcSight, Bluecoat Security Analytics, FireEye or Netwitness, Tanium, Bromium or Network Vulnerability Assessments
• Functional understanding of database structures such as SQL and Oracle
• Security certification such as CISSP, CISA, SANS GIAC, etc. desired
• Knowledge and understanding of defense-in-depth, layered network security architectures
• Must have prior experience supporting or troubleshooting information security applications and systems
• Excellent written, interpersonal planning and organizational skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Proven ability to be effective under pressure and willing to take personal responsibility and accountability
• Technical understanding of large enterprise environments with ability to drive resolution during stressful situations
• Automation experience a plus especially with Python, PowerShell or other programming tools
• Prior experience showing strong leadership disposition with solid execution focus and attention to detail
