As an experienced professional in our Cybersecurity organization, you’re equally committed to watching over our data today, as well as finding innovative new ways to protect it in the future. To do that, you’ll help lead a highly motivated team laser-focused on analyzing, designing, developing and delivering solutions built to stop adversaries and strengthen our operations. You’ll use your leadership skills to give guidance, best practice advice and support across all our business and technology groups. You’ll take the lead on incident response, risk reviews and vulnerability assessments, identifying threats, all of which ladder up to driving and selecting cost-effective solutions. You’ll deploy best practices, new policies, and emerging trends to strengthen our strategic roadmap. You’ll keep management, executive directors, managing directors and stakeholders in the loop, as well as managing people and budgets. The following leadership position in the Production Management organization is accountable for driving and supporting technology initiatives for Technology Controls and Cyber Products. The role will lead the Shared Services functions for Monitoring, Capacity Management, Resiliency, SRE, and delivery of technology services for all production Controls and Cyber applications. The ideal candidate will be a proven team builder and leader of people with a business-oriented mind-set and strong strategic perspective.

This position is anticipated to require the use of one or more High Security Access (HSA) systems. Users of these systems are subject to enhanced screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks, and/or other enhanced screening at the time of accepting the position and on an annual basis thereafter. The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.

 This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
• Extensive background with Fault and Performance monitoring and reporting
• Highly skilled in the implementation, integration, testing and support of distributed applications
• Production experience gathering, digesting, and improving monitoring and performance metrics
• Profiling deep level capacity planning of critical systems
• Drive client service improvements, automation, designing and development of dashboards and implementation of monitoring solutions
• Understanding of SRE and DevOps concepts and how to execute implementation of best practices across a multi-function organization
• 5+ years’ experience with Linux and/or Microsoft Windows Servers Operating
• Administrative and functional understanding of relational database systems such as MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL
• Vendor certifications such as MCSA, MTA, MCSE, RHCSA, RHCE, CCIE, CCNA, CCNP, and CCSP etc. preferred
• 3+ years’ experience supporting and troubleshooting information security applications and systems
• 5 years of overall IT experience with the ability to articulate and document support the operational processes
• Excellent written, interpersonal planning and organizational skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to be effective under pressure and willing to take personal responsibility and accountability
• Technical understanding of large enterprise environments and system integration
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
