Position Overview

The Insights and Analytics Product team in the Chase Consumer & Community Bank’s (CCB) Customer and Marketing Analytics (C&MA) group is looking for a talented, highly motivated individual to join the Digital Platforms & Technology team. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products that deliver on our shared vision and strategy.

 

The Insights and Analytics product team is focused on making the Chase customer experience more personalized. The successful candidate will join a newly formed team that is deploying cutting edge technology to enable personalization-at-scale and will shape the way Chase’s customers will interact with the bank in years to come. Specifically, the individual will work across business, technology and marketing teams to deploy the Chase Decision Engine to improve and transform the digital experience for our customers.  

 

Key Responsibilities

As the Sr. Product Analyst on the Insights and Analytics product team, the successful candidate will:

 

  • Deliver executive-level presentations that communicate business relevance of the product strategy and recommended solutions
  • Independently manage a component of CCB’s Marketing Roadmap and deliver maximum business value by scoping and prioritizing activities considering business and customer impact
  • Apply critical thinking and analysis skills develop insights and recommendations that drive change and business value
  • Work cross-functionally with both internal and external partners in various lines-of-businesses, marketing, operations, and technology
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Establish processes, document methodologies, benchmarks and key learnings to build a foundation for the product and product strategy in future
  • Collaborate and support operations teams to ensure the product is maintainable and performant

Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years with hands-on product management experience, technology consulting, or relevant transferrable skills
  • Ability to present fact-based recommendations in a clear, logical, and concise way; “tell a story” with data
  • Proven critical analytical and strategic skills, including the ability to quickly assimilate new information
  • Hands-on experience building products or running projects using agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of core web technologies, APIs, systems architecture, IT operations, etc.
  • Familiarity with web analytics, customer segmentation analysis, marketing analytics, etc.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies and platforms
  • Knowledge of machine learning and its applications
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to convey strategic implications and actionable recommendations to all levels of management
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform at high standards with limited supervision
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technology or technical related field
