Corporate Human Resources plays an integral role in designing, implementing, and managing global initiatives across the firm.  The functional areas within Corporate HR include global Recruiting, Training, Talent and Development, Career Management, Diversity, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Technology, Finance and HR Service Delivery (HRSD). Our Human Resource professionals within these areas are among the most talented and innovative in the industry. Associate - Learning– CAO Ops & Tech - Bengaluru.  The main functions of the team are as follows and responsibilities will align to these broad categories.
  • Relationship Management – partner with business stakeholders in identifying, driving and implementing leadership and professional development solutions offered.  This involves staying current through ongoing partnership with the business on their priorities in the face of internal and external changes.
  • Program Management – own and manage training projects at a local, regional, and global scale through collaboration with colleagues and business partners across locations.
  • Data Analytics – provide relevant and material data to help business leads in decisions involving people development
  • Logistics – partner with L&D operations team to ensure seamless execution and logistics including: scheduling, room booking, multi-media, program evaluation/feedback summaries, data entry/extraction from Training Central (LMS) and communication of logistics with participants and partners.
  • Process Improvement – proactively identify opportunities for improvement and propose enhancements while adhering to global processes and standards to deliver consistent client experience across all programs and locations.
  • Program Facilitation – facilitate and deliver India and CAO Global Professional Development courses in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner to deliver on key CAO ops and Tech learning priorities in Bengaluru.
  • Partner closely with CIB Bengaluru business leaders, HR and internal team to manage seamless program execution across Mumbai- Bangalore and Manila.
  • Lead and seamlessly execute on CIB Induction and engagement strategy by working with HR and other key stakeholders.
  • Partner and manage calibration and process improvement with global and internal partners on Induction, Engagement and Bootcamps, Professional development and diversity initiatives
  • Drive reporting discipline for all programs.
  • Serve a location site lead for Technology global holistic diversity effort- TakeITForward in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
  • Partner with global and local team for program management of India L&OD, CIB, CAO Ops and Tech Professional Development and diversity initiatives.
  • Deliver a great participant experience – communication, in classroom experience, content delivery.
  • Develop strong partnerships, escalate issues, and eliminate roadblocks to offer a great learning experience.
  • Facilitation of Professional Development courses in Bangalore on a monthly basis
  • Serve as primary point of contact, relationship building and escalation for all Bangalore Leadership, Induction and Professional Development needs.
  • Execute with efficiency and effectiveness, across multiple locations, through continuous communication, timely feedback, and appropriate best practice sharing.


The successful candidate will have a passion for training and the following qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (8-12 years of overall experience) in training program or event management
  • Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical / problem solving, organizational and process improvement skills
  • Ability to execute multiple programs and priorities independently.
  • Polished & Professional
  • Delivery/ results focused
  • Able to work with flexible working hours.
  • High-level of proficiency in latest version MS-Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Ability to travel as needed preferred
