Digital Program Manager, Chase Business Mobile

The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for planning and managing the day-to-day workflow and processes that support our growing digital design project work across Digital Customer Experience (dce) for Chase Business Mobile


Key responsibilities

  • Oversight and management of Chase business mobile design areas; includes project intake, assessment, resourcing, execution, tracking
  • Work closely and build key relationships and alignment with Business Mobile Design, Product, Technology and Demand Management teams to understand the business demand, guide project execution
  • Work closely with the mobile UX design and design research teams to drive concept readiness and artifact quality
  • Consult with creative teams to develop a clear plan and next steps for design activities
  • Serve as a single point of contact for project status & issue management
  • Ensuring all deliverables (oftentimes complex/interdisciplinary/interlinked) are clearly specified, scoped, agreed and accountable across teams and disciplines
  • Manage multiple small, medium and large projects for successful delivery
  • Ensure assigned project team(s) understand the project processes, requirements, goals and rationale
  • Ensure technical alignment and feasibility from beginning and throughout the design process
  • Key driver and champion of design thinking and design processes throughout all teams and disciplines
  • Early identification and resolution of technical and product road blocks
  • Consistently adhere to company and business mobile goals, standards and best practices
  •  7+ years of project/ program management experience working with digital design and development teams; experience at both a design studio and a large corporate environment preferred
  • Thorough understanding of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
  • Demonstrated effectiveness developing plans, prioritizing activities and driving execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly and appropriately handle sensitive information
  • Objective and data driven
  • Strong knowledge, understanding and experience with information architecture, systems and technical skills
  • Experience and effectiveness in communicating and working closely with development teams for the best user experience outcome
  • Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business priorities and a strong work ethic
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-disciplinary and geographically dispersed team environment
  • Customer obsessed
