Sustainable Investing Associate/Vice President
Key Responsibilities: Work with Strategic Product Management (SPM) focusing on Sustainable Investing and the Sustainable Investment Leadership Team (SILT). SILT is a leadership forum that is implementing a coordinated strategy for sustainable investing across Asset Management
Product Strategy
  • Perform strategy analytics (e.g., fund & ETF analysis) and summarize industry trends and JPMAM clients trends, particularly in sustainable investing
  • Develop competitive positioning and messaging of sustainable products
  • Proactively engage cross functionally with management, marketing, and client teams (e.g. coordinating Research summits, events, podcasts) and identify areas of opportunity within broader firm initiatives
    SILT Secretary
  • Drive agenda and actively participate in working groups in order to ensure global connectivity and sharing of best practices
  • Execute on sustainable initiatives – driving projects from start to completion (Creating meeting notes, assigning ownership and organizing follow ups)
  • Increase JPMAM Industry presence - manage Sustainable Investing related memberships & other related requests (for example Principle for Responsible Investing Annual Assessment)
  • Managed thought leadership agenda including the AM Sustainable Investing statement
  • 3-10 years of financial industry experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative background; ability to perform analysis on large sets of data to identify trends 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; collaborative, team player who takes time to understand others’ points of view
  • Finance degree or quantitative background a plus
  • Project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities/deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint skills; aptitude for computer software (for example Bloomberg, MSCI and Morningstar Direct)
  • Knowledge of JPMorgan product range and Sustainable /ESG investing a plus
  • Must have Series 7 or 63 or willingness/ability to obtain within first 90 days
