The Role:
Chase is undertaking an aggressive digital transformation agenda, which builds on the success of the current mobile and online service offerings. Chase is investing in innovative ways to deepen customer engagement and profitability through the use of digital channels. The ambition is to position Chase as the undisputed leader in digital financial services and payments to enable Chase to deliver the highly personalized, real time experiences that customers increasingly expect.
 
This person will help to plan and execute the strategic marketing plan for the continued rollout of Chase Pay to consumers. He/she will build on existing strategies to drive repeat Chase Pay usage and deepened loyalty to Chase and our strategic partners.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update chasepay.com to align with product roadmap
    • Help to streamline content update process as well as Spanish translation process
    • Work with Merchant Services to ensure alignment of Chase Pay for business priorities and updates, as well as integration of new products and services into the chasepay.com infrastructure
  • Develop refreshed content for enrollment, coordinating with internal stakeholders and utilizing work order process
  • Develop and execute targeted online messaging strategy for Chase Pay marketing initiatives  across all Chase.com properties
  • Partner with Retail on Chase Pay marketing strategy and rollout
    • Coordinate prioritization and execution of ATM screens, digital signage, in-branch marketing and banker awareness/education
  • Work closely with internal Chase Pay marketing/relationship teams to establish plans for marketing Chase Pay and our merchant partners across our digital properties
  • Partner with Brand & Advertising,  to help align app UX with the consumer marketing rollout plan
  • Own image and video assets for all app stores and coordinate on creation, updates and release schedules
  • Create and manage digital assets as requested for additional marketing support internally and externally
 
Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years related experience in Marketing and Communications, preferably in the credit card industry
  • Execution experience (from conception through implementation) in highly complex environments
  • Prior project management experience preferred
  • BS or BA degree required. Advanced degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal effectiveness with ability to collaborate and work well with all levels of management and across organizational boundaries
  • Heavy interaction across many functions (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Vendor Teams)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive measurable outcomes
  • Proactive, positive attitude, self-starter approach
  • Ability to plan and execute in a timely manner with an appropriate sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Advanced communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to express ideas in a confident, clear and compelling manner
  • Ability to work in the face of ambiguity and uncertain environments
  • Ability to work with outside partners
