Job Description:
The Quality Assurance (QA) Team is an integral part of the Controls environment within Compliance and is responsible for conducting a continuous analysis against internal procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure quality, completeness, and accuracy. The QA Team supports the review of activities performed by several Compliance teams.  The position will be part of a team within the QA organization, responsible for various Business Management and Control deliverables and oversight. 
Responsibilities for the QA Analyst include but are not limited to the following:
  • Partner with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure Global Quality Assurance programs are executed consistently across functions and are based on robust set of controls and procedures
  • Synthesize large amounts of information into clear and simple messages and presentations
  • Assist the Core Control Team in ensuring end to end control environment and policy compliance for their respective business area and drive consistency of control standards and programs across regions and LOBs, Regions, Products, Locations, and across Functions
  • Drive a globally consistent Metrics and Reporting framework for Quality Testing; identify and implement improvement and process efficiency driving measures
  • Identify control gaps within Quality Assurance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Drive consistency of control standards and programs across regions of Quality Assurance
  • Assist with regulatory and audit remediation activities
  • Drive various Global Quality Assurance initiatives, including ownership of the end to end project execution and coordination
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in AML, Compliance, operations, and project organization
  • Demonstrated experience in adherence to controls and standards
  • Inquisitive and proactive in identifying risks and proposing solutions
  • Proven experience working well individually and in teams, sharing information, supporting colleagues and encouraging participation
  • Proven ability in meeting deadlines in high-pressure environment
  • Demonstrated ability being proactive in identifying risks and proposing solutions
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, quickly assess situations, and capitalize on change
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management in a persuasive manner
  • Demonstrated expertise with Excel; proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Strong documentation skills
