Position Description:

Works in conjunction with the Business Analysis and Development teams to ensure that applications meet requirements and are of high quality.

Reviews Data provisioning and conditioning requests; related Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, and Test Cases to understand the functional and technical requirements in order to support test data needs and verify those requirements are successfully met.

Helps and ensures test scripts are executed successfully and no data related issues are logged in both Manual and Automated test execution.

Design test procedures, maintenance procedures and configurations. Creates detailed documentation for reference. Works with development team and other QA teams to analyze and resolve complex data provisioning tickets. Has moderate interaction with internal customers

  • Facilitate team growth, hiring, onboarding, and planning
  • Council direct reports in their work and communicating across teams
Desired Skills:
  • Analyze data requirements and optimize solutions
  • Mainframe know how – just basic
  • Document best practices and replicate across the board
  • Support different accounts types/segments/ users/ sub-users
  • Support data conditioning with Credit cards, offers, investment accounts, loans.
  • Support data provisioning requests which are raised by digital team 
  • We have 2 data refresh every year; need support with new enrollments and accounts reservation in CAST and users creation; Data cleanup. Overall conditioning.
  • Need support communicating issues and follow-ups with Fastpod, Regression, Heartbeat, Smoke, Coffee and TEMS group due to environment issues.
  • Data provisioning Analyst key Skills:
    • Banking domain knowledge
    • Account types, product types info.
    • Basic SQL and mainframe knowledge
    • Strong communication skills
    • Good in Analysis and follow-ups
    • Good in documentation
