Our Corporate Technology team relies on smart, driven people like you to develop applications and provide tech support for all our corporate functions across our network. Your efforts will touch lives all over the financial spectrum and across all our divisions: Global Finance, Corporate Treasury, Risk Management, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, and within the Corporate Administrative Office. You’ll be part of a team specifically built to meet and exceed our evolving technology needs, as well as our technology controls agenda.

 
This Project Manager will be a key figure within the CT team working on changes to deliver business values. The candidate will be responsible for partnering with the teams across CT and other line of businesses driving the execution of strategic business related initiatives.  The candidate must be a highly-motivated individual and must be able to handle a high level of complexity within their span of control, be able to deal with and work through ambiguity, be flexible enough to shift workload in accordance with changing priorities, and be comfortable dealing with and leading in a fast-paced, priority-driven environment.
 
• Responsible for facing-off with key business partners in order to understand the strategy, direction, and roadmap objectives for the business
• Responsible for end-to-end Project Delivery to enhance business strategy, efficiency and governance, and optimization efforts
• Ability to identify business process gaps and drive improved business operating models
• Establish governance structure, project management discipline and drive execution
• Track program dependencies across programs, projects and risk stripes and report progress against plans, justifying variance
• Track issues and action items
•  5-7 years experience  as a project manager, managing multiple projects simultaneously
•  Experience working on large projects or leading smaller end to end projects preferred
•  Strong analytical, data management and problem solving skills
•  Experience in management of critical path, issues, risks and dependencies
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills
•  Proven leadership skills
•  Ability to quickly understand complex subject matter
•  Ability to execute tasks under aggressive targets and effectively manage to changes in plan
•  Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues
•  Ability to work independently and be self motivated
•  Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
•  Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Microsoft Project
•  Ability to create effective presentations using PowerPoint
