JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Brand Marketing Executive Director to lead JPMorgan Chase and JPMorgan brand marketing initiatives. This technology savvy Director will oversee brand and marketing strategies, social media, media planning/buying, and partnerships (sponsorships, external agencies and internal corporate client stakeholders). The qualified candidate will have experience leading integrated marketing at global brands. They are constantly evaluating emerging media and technologies to meet real consumer needs and deliver business results. S/he thrives in dynamic environments and is a fan of the “always-on” creative approach to brand innovation.
The Brand Marketing Executive Director is responsible for the strategic marketing of the firm, building our reputation, communicating our impact, and creating points of engagement with key segments. They will deliver a clear brand positioning strategy to build brand relevance and oversee continuous innovation while addressing concerns and needs as appropriate. Leveraging platform capabilities, they will develop and implement innovative results driven growth strategies across all social media channels while ensuring efforts support the brand purpose. Through strong communication, s/he will build cohesive and winning teams responsible for driving and measuring positive reputation and visual identity.
While revamping media buying reporting for optimization abilities, they will work in partnership with cross functional teams across marketing, content and digital to ensure efforts are cohesive. This includes internal logo requests and external advertising needs. The director will identify and provide innovative and creative ideas; take risks, and challenge the status quo to differentiate event experiences that create unique environments that foster provocative dialogue and bring people together.
As the primary liaison, s/he will advocate for agency partners to create external facing creative and provide best-in-class, responsive client service and partnership across all constituents. They will manage and maintain the analytics programs to track social media engagement, traffic, fluctuations and results, and create reporting and analysis on findings. The director will also partner with internal research teams and respective business partners for JPMC reputation and marketing metrics to drive an ROI and analytics driven culture within team.
