The person is responsible to monitor the overall functionality of the billing process, driving monthly governance calls. Person should contribute towards achievement of global goals and actively involved with the team.
 
The responsibilities of the team includes preparation of the following -
  • Invoices for clients
  • Dealing with Bankers (Front Office) /Middle Office and Syndicate desk in relation to invoice and providing expense details
  • Reconciliation & certifications of accounts
  • Project code set ups and other data quality activities
  • Executive Management Report
  • Ad-hoc requests from Liaison office or bankers
 
Job Responsibilities include
  • Reviewing all activities and make sure smooth functionality
  • Dealing with Front office on Invoicing and other billing related requirements
  • Preparing & Presenting the monthly EMR to global stake holders
  • Handling and driving projects
  • Control checks on process basis the GLRS policy
  • Driving people agendas
  • Work on all ORM and Audit related requirements
  • Make sure the team is following policies correctly.
  • Speaking on a continuous basis with the stake holders and maintaining good relations with all.
  • Fresh CA / MBA with less than one year of relevant work experience
    • Excellent communication & partnering skills
    • Knowledge on various Investment banking products like ECM/DCM , M&A will be an added advantage
    • Focus on service delivery / client satisfaction. The incumbent should be able to perform consistently with minimum supervision
    • Good analytical skills.
    • Good accounting skills
    • Should have good advance Excel skills (i.e. vlookup, pivot tables, if and formulas).
    • Self-starter able to prioritize key tasks effectively
    • Should be good in people management skills
    • Strong leadership quality & demonstrated ability to manage teams
  • Primarily EMEA shifts, may have to work on a few critical business days of the month in New York shifts.
