Job Description:

The Business Process Management Senior Associate participates in key initiatives, projects, and process design for the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Business Execution Team with primary responsibility of supporting the CRE Digital program.  This position will partner closely with Commercial Real Estate businesses, Commercial Bank Credit, and Commercial Bank Information Technology.  The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and creative with the ability to operate in a fast paced environment.  Ideally the candidate will have working knowledge of the CRE Business, and have a demonstrated track record of collaborating effectively with business partners, producing high-quality deliverables, and providing meaningful analysis.  The role offers a high level of visibility into the Commercial Real Estate business.   

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with business and subject matter experts to design and document business processes, data flow diagrams, and client journey maps
  • Leading and facilitating process design working sessions
  • Producing business process diagrams, data flow diagrams, and client journey maps
  • Performing analysis on processes – current state and future state
  • Synthesizing information and prepare presentation materials to be shared with project team, project leadership, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Completing deliverables to support project timelines
  • Tracking and clearly communicating the status of all work in progress
  • Promoting the culture and process of continuous improvement within CRE

  • Minimum of 4 years work experience in process mapping, process improvement or project management
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in using processing mapping software (i.e., Visio, iGrafx)
  • Experience with diagram and wireframe mapping software (i.e. Axure, Omnigraffle, Balsamiq)
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with digital transformation preferred — with a solid digital acumen (i.e., mobile vs web, digital experience, design thinking, prototyping, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Mortgage Lending, Commercial Term Lending or Commercial Real Estate preferred
  • Familiarity with internal CTL and CB systems (e.g. CeLT, Strategy, CREAM, Client Central) preferred

The final officer title and job grade is at the discretion of the firm and will be discussed at the time of offer.  It may be different than what is listed on the requisition based on candidate experience level.
