Job Description:
The US, Canada and LATAM Helpdesk is a process within the Western Hemisphere tower of Corporate Accounts Payable within the Global Supplier Services function.
Team Members will have the primary responsibility of responding to email inquiries received from internal and external clients, assisting with the processing of invoices and expenses received from the lines of business. Team members will require to research and help resolve client issues and concerns that might relate to reconciliations of payments.
Team members will also be required to support/participate in various ad-hoc analysis related to reporting/ training & process improvement initiatives on a periodic basis.
  • Commerce graduates with 0-2 years of work experience.
  • Candidates who have serviced U.S. based customers in the past will be preferred.
  • Very strong written & oral communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills with an analytical mind to research and resolve issues.
  • Ability to understand and implement system/procedure/policy changes.
  • Willing to work in the night shift.
  • SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
