If you’re an analyst looking for a new challenge, we would love to get to know you. This open position is in the new Digital Growth & Expansion team within the Strategic Insights group. The insights provided by our team are used to make our digital marketing campaigns more seamless and simple across channels. We analyze a lot of data on our customers, their web interactions and market research to develop and influence critical initiatives. We also work closely with marketing and capabilities teams in Card services to bring ideas to market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify data driven insights to drive business strategies across Card Marketing
  • Analyze data on our customers, website interactions and market research to develop and influence critical initiatives
  • Work with cross-functional teams, develop plans to iteratively test and implement key digital initiatives
  • Effectively communicate data insights and recommendations to management
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as business, finance, economics, engineering, or mathematics.  Master’s or Advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years analytics experience within marketing, finance or risk analysis. 
  • Proficiency in a programming language.  SAS and SQL required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal credibility, reliability, and high ethical standards
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
