As a  Scrum Master you will be able to motivate your team. You will work closely with you scrum team on a everyday basis and will be responsible for conducting all Agile ceremonies.


You will partner closely with the Product Owner and the Application Development Manager to refine the product backlog and ensure that the work is delivered as per the business priority.


You will work on removing the daily impediments and encourage the team to mature to the next level


You should be able to share the work load with the team if there is a need

Scrum Master - servant leader with minimum 4 years of experience using Agile Methodologies

  • Experience setting up and managing JIRA Dashboard
  • Expertise with running Agile Scrum ceremonies like Daily Stand ups, Sprint grooming and planning sessions

  • Expert in using JIRA tool for managing dashboard

  • Should have excellent problem solving skills and proven ability to remove impediments for the team

  • Should be able to partner with the product Owner and the AD manager to understand the product and team priorities and motivate the team

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

  • Technical background is highly desired

  • Should have excellent management and communication skills

  • Scrum master certification is a plus

  • User story writing experience and knowing gherkin is a plus
