J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, NA (JPMCB) is rapidly expanding its revenue business in India. CSAM group in JPMCB is looking for an Associate to manage and support Client Servicing for Treasury Services
IV. Job Description
  • Actively manage a number of identified top tier clients including Corporate, and Non Banking Financial Inst
  • Visit Clients frequently to seamlessly manage their banking needs across various products  
  • Conduct regular review meetings and address complex inquiries and concerns from clients
  • Act as a single point of Contact for external clients and internal business partners
  • Support various transformation initiatives to enrich client experience
  • Track and understand impact of the regulatory changes on our clients and proactively work with them to comply with the same
  • Manage KPIs , metrics and country business objectives

V.  Job Requirements


Education/Professional Qualifications & Skillsets:


·         Understanding of Global Cash Management products

·         Bachelor's degree holder with > 8 years experience in customer service or Sales/Relationship Management role, preferably with exposure to financial institutions and multinational corporates

·         Understanding of various aspects in clearing such as RTGS, NEFT, NACH, SWIFT, CHIPS, FED other Currency Clearing

·         Good inter-personal and relationship management skills

·         Ability to work independently and meet set metrics
