Job Description:
Operations Service Delivery (OSD) Business Overview:
 
The Luxembourg Fund Accounting function is responsible for the accurate and timely release of client NAV prices to the market.  Business functions are distributed across several global sites and Luxembourg provides, amongst other things a Client facing service, Operations Service Delivery, to manage the production of the NAV and interact with Clients on all operational matters.
 
Key Responsibilities and skills:
  • Complete all daily, monthly and ad-hoc tasks as required accurately and to deadlines.
  • Reviewing work to identify mistakes before delivery to clients.
  • Resolve client queries professionally within required Service Level Agreement times.
  • Work together with internal onshore and offshore teams to achieve 100% accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work together with managers and Client Service Teams to ensure all outstanding issues are resolved.
  • Liaise with internal teams onshore and offshore to develop and implement client change requests.
  • Escalate all issues promptly and effectively to manager.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements to internal processes and controls.

  • Relevant client facing experience or proven ability interacting with clients.
  • Strong discipline with the ability to set and maintain high standards
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to work accurately and under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of working within a large organisation, not necessarily within the Financial Services industry
  • Strong problem solving skills
Desirables:
  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent in a related subject.
  • English is required but other language skills are a plus.
  • Experience leading a team or managing people.
