The Role:
Chase Pay is a digital payment platform from Chase that lets consumers pay with their mobile phone, online or in merchant apps. With the Chase Pay app, customers can pay with a QR code in stores, order ahead at thousands of restaurants, redeem Chase Ultimate Rewards points, access great offers and more. This person will help shape the Chase Pay story for consumers and merchants and motivate digital adoption through development and execution of digital marketing tactics. It’s an exciting opportunity to build skills in digital marketing, loyalty, new product development and relationship management, too. And, all the while, his/her efforts will help deepen loyalty to Chase and our strategic partners.
 
Essential Functions:
  • Coordinate development/execution of marketing campaigns via email, digital ads and ATM
  • Work with creative agencies, and other internal marketing teams to deliver an integrated marketing plan that includes direct-to-customer, advertising, public relations, and in-store merchandising tactics
  • Ensure operational readiness/controls are in place to support development and execution of campaigns in market
  • Develop marketing creative, following marketing review process
  • Develop/deploy emails, ad tiles, and other marketing creative in support of the Chase Pay rollout

 

Experience Required:
  • 5-8 years related experience in Marketing and Communications, preferably in the credit card industry
  • Execution experience (from conception through implementation) in highly complex environments
  • Prior project management experience preferred
  • BS or BA degree required. Advanced degree preferred
