Job Description:

Centralized Support Services (CSS) Analytics & Reporting provides contact center performance management tools, analytics and reporting for CCB Ops. This position is in the Data Management group of CSS.


Responsibilities:

  • Landing data for Analytical requests in the appropriate environment (SQL Server/ SAS/ Green Plum/ Flat Files etc.)
  • Maintaining appropriate Controls on the data landing environments
  • Design monitoring methods to track usage
  • Maintaining/ Periodically refreshing key data elements in the Data Landing Environment
  • Perform DBA activities on the landing environments
  • Create & maintain effective documentation
  •  Adhere to processes followed with in the Organization
  • Track time & progress in JIRA & Clarity in a timely manner
  •  Actively participate in the events conducted

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. 
  • 2 to 5 years of experience with SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS
  • Work with version control tools like Subversion and project tracking tools like JIRA in a team setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working across different tool stack (MS SQL, Oracle, Teradata, SAS, R, Green Plum etc.)
  • Strong understanding of the functioning of a Call Center
  • Familiarity with the Industry standard tools like IVR, Avaya, NICE, Genesis etc.
  • Natural curiosity
  • Very strong organizational, task management and prioritization skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Competent written and verbal communication skills
