The Supplier Management Group (ATM Maintenance) is responsible for achieving the highest possible customer availability on an over 16,000 Chase owned and operated ATMs and eATMs. The ATM channel is important for Chase customer and the team monitors 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The Supplier Management group is a multi-functional operational business unit that leverages state-of-the-art monitoring tools, analytics and industry-leading methods to detect problems and resolve them as quickly as possible.
The Supplier Management Group relies on various ATM Hardware and Cash Suppliers to maintain and service our ATM fleet.
This position, Sr Vendor Manager, is responsible for oversight of the hardware maintenance process, ensuring all aspects are optimized to achieve best-in-class performance and customer experience as defined within contractual documents.
