Job Description:

The Supplier Management Group (ATM Maintenance) is responsible for achieving the highest possible customer availability on an over 16,000 Chase owned and operated ATMs and eATMs.  The ATM channel is important for Chase customer and the team monitors 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.


The Supplier Management group is a multi-functional operational business unit that leverages state-of-the-art monitoring tools, analytics and industry-leading methods to detect problems and resolve them as quickly as possible.


The Supplier Management Group relies on various ATM Hardware and Cash Suppliers to maintain and service our ATM fleet.


This position, Sr Vendor Manager, is responsible for oversight of the hardware maintenance process, ensuring all aspects are optimized to achieve best-in-class performance and customer experience as defined within contractual documents.

  • Build and foster internal relationships with multiple cross impacted partners
  • Build and Manage external relationships with hardware vendors
  • Process Improvement
  • Develop and implement solutions to achieve better customer experience
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve automation and streamline business requirements
  • Industry Interaction
  • Execute regular business reviews including at the executive level
  • Data Analysis
  • Review data to ensure we are accurately measuring vendors based on contractual terms
  • Analyze data to determine performance trends and suggest ways to improve
  • Contract Review, including participate in contract negotiations
  • Invoice Billing Review (Maintenance and Time & Material)


  • Requires 2+ year experience in ATM product and industry knowledge.
  • Prefer Centralized Transaction Operations (CTO) experience
  • Requires proven ability to partner with vendors to achieve excellent performance on behalf of JPMC customers
  • Requires prior Vendor Management Experience
  • Requires leadership experience and demonstrated ability influencing peers and stakeholders
  • Ability to be successful in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Quantitative and problem solving skills
  • Requires ability to think and drive strategic plans and initiatives
  • Prefer Business processes and procedures experience
  • Strong business analysis skills
  • Must have advanced oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Advanced MS Office Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
