As a Chase Wealth Management (CWM) Business Process Analyst you will work closely with our product, technology and operations partners on our strategic technology initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of project tasks including analysis of existing processes, identifying process gaps, capturing business requirements, working with technology on design, testing and implementation of technology projects from the business perspective.
Responsible for providing operational support and project leadership including the analysis and execution of assigned projects for Chase Wealth Management.
Ensuring business requirements are well defined, comprehensive and aligned with strategic objectives
Proposing process reengineering solutions to identify areas of opportunity for improvement
Communicating with technology, product, operations, legal, risk, compliance and management
Identifying and tracking project/program issues and driving their resolution; escalating decisions appropriately to Management
Ability to work non-standard hours, including early morning, late evening and weekends to accommodate testing schedule requirements
