Wealth Management Operations supports the JPMorgan Private Bank and Chase Wealth Management in JP Morgan’s Asset Management line of business.
The Private Bank is the world’s premier service provider for ultra and high net worth individuals.  Our goal is to help these affluent individuals across the globe optimize their wealth, after taxes and across generations.  Global Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client experience, working closely with client service, fiduciary, product specialty groups, third party vendors and other internal groups.
 
Chase Wealth Management encompasses our Chase Private Client (CPC) and Chase Investment Services businesses. Through a dedicated team of a banker and J.P. Morgan Advisor, Chase Private Client brings our affluent clients concierge banking from Chase and access to the investment expertise from J.P. Morgan. Chase Investment Services provides investment solutions to a broad range of Chase customers through Chase Investment Advisors.  The J.P. Morgan Securities Client Service Center’s mission is to create a great client experience and help individuals across all 50 U.S states to save and invest wisely. The group works in a team environment to assist clients with service over the telephone and serves as experts on our online platform, such as Chase.com.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
As a Chase Wealth Management (CWM) Business Process Analyst you will work closely with our product, technology and operations partners on our strategic technology initiatives.  You will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of project tasks including analysis of existing processes, identifying process gaps, capturing business requirements, working with technology on design, testing and implementation of technology projects from the business perspective. 
  • Responsible for providing operational support and project leadership including the analysis and execution of assigned projects for Chase Wealth Management.
  • Ensuring business requirements are well defined, comprehensive and aligned with strategic objectives
  • Proposing process reengineering solutions to identify areas of opportunity for improvement
  • Communicating with technology, product, operations, legal, risk, compliance and management
  • Identifying and tracking project/program issues and driving their resolution; escalating decisions appropriately to Management
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including early morning, late evening and weekends to accommodate testing schedule requirements

  • Three to five years’ working in Brokerage operations highly desired;
  • Experience working with MORCOM/CONNECT experience is highly desired
  • Experience working with Workflow applications and Customer Relationship Management tool highly desired
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or technology or related field
  • Customer service, team and goal-oriented, enhanced by a high sense of urgency and professionalism
  • Excellent analytical skills with close attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and people skills used to drive self and teams to get tasks completed
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of business
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to handle working within strict timelines
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members by demonstrating job knowledge and constantly displaying professionalism
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
