Position Overview
The Corporate Campus team drives campus recruitment efforts for the corporate and infrastructure groups across all lines of business in Asia that provides future leader talent for the firm. The infrastructure groups (such as Technology, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources) recruit top talent from universities globally as well as in region to participate in the Full-Time Analyst Program plus a 10-week summer internship program which is considered a primary source for the full-time program.
 
The campus recruiter will be in charge of the end-to-end process of campus recruiting for the Corporate Analyst Development Program (CADP) in the region, with focus in Hong Kong and Singapore. The recruiter will be responsible for managing stakeholder engagement, recruiting to internship program management, and planning to event coordination.
 
Job Description
 
Recruiting Strategy & Execution 
  • Build and partner with senior business stakeholders and campus school teams to formulate effective recruiting strategy for the region
  • Formulate selling strategies for those candidates with offers
  • Develop and execute on campus diversity hiring for finance / accounting
  • Partner internally with other areas of the firm and build/utilize external network to share and learn best practices
  • Engage with Program Management and business partners to understand needs/demand 
 
Relationship/Resource Management
  • Pre-screen candidates to recommend for additional interview rounds
  • Ensure teams are consistent in interview structure and evaluation of candidates
  • Maintain relationships with candidates, which includes providing information on the firm, recruiting process, and helping to determine area of interest within the firm
  • Seek out opportunities to build relationships with non-core schools and key organizations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Program Management,  hiring managers, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure proper visibility of recruiting program with management, schools, and other key constituents
  • Maintain strong relationships with both Firmwide campus and lateral recruiting teams to leverage best practices
Summer Analyst Program
  • Plan and manage 10-week Summer Analyst Program, including orientation days (with training) and continuing education through the summer
  • Provide support, mentorship and be point of escalation for interns during the course of the summer
  • Lead selection and evaluation process of summers to full time offers 
Measurement
  • Measure recruiting success & provide regular key metrics to management/ stakeholders
  • Establish relationships with external peer groups to share best practices and obtain benchmark data

 

4+ years campus recruiting experience OR relevant experience junior talent resource management such as learning and development or HR Business partnering
 
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 2-3 years Project Management experience; demonstrated capability to lead and manage projects
  • Ability to assess candidate skills and capabilities
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Ability to successfully multi-task across tactical and strategic initiatives
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Strong influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, follow-through and results-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across audience levels
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills; willing/comfortable presenting to large groups of people
  • High degree of initiative and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills - in person, on phone and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with colleagues and external parties in a virtual environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Enjoy significant interaction with college students
  • Strong PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
  • At least two years in an HR environment preferred
 
Regular travel required during recruiting seasons (10%)
