Centralized Transaction Operations (CTO), which is aligned under Consumer and Community Banking(CCB), provides a wide range of global operational support and services for retail, commercial, treasury, asset wealth management and credit card customers. CTO has approximately 3,500 employees. Under the direction of Group Manager Lew Fischer, CTO is committed to a culture based on Shared Values and Behaviors. Image Services is part of the Service Resolution group in CTO.

Image Services delivers archival load, retrieval, capture, and fulfillment solutions to internal employees in all 6 Lines of Business as well as some external customers. The User Acceptance Testing team within Image Services is responsible for User Acceptance Testing of business and/or operational requirements for large discretionary initiatives and/or applications owned by Image Services. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, self-reliant problem solver with proven testing experience working across multiple teams/functions with large, complex applications

 

User Acceptance or Quality Assurance Testing experience 
  • Proven script creation and execution experience; ability to take requirements and build test plans and execute scripts with defect tracking and escalation experience
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills; Knows how to identify the strengths and shortcomings of a solution or process and has the ability to seek alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems
  • Clear, concise, and timely written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messages to diverse audience types
  • Intermediate-level competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Pivot Tables, Access, and PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Service-oriented; Shows initiative through problem identification, ownership and resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships. Ability to influence diverse group of colleagues, counterparts and stakeholders to drive toward a collective outcome
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or a related field
  • Assertive work style. Comfortable managing multiple concurrent work assignments and adapt to changing priorities.  Strong sense of urgency
  • Exposure to testing management tools (HP ALM, JIRA, etc.)
  • Experience with script automation
  • Knowledge of Image Services product suite
