As a Debit Card Research Specialist you will provide high-quality servicing of requests for internal and external customers, related to the review of Debit Card and ATM new and maintenance requests from Retail and Commercial LOBs. Ensuring the request is acted on within the stated service level or customer expectation.
As a Research Specialist you will:
▪ Execute requests from business partners, including Retail, Commercial, Treasury and Private Bank
▪ May work with Bankers, customer service professionals, and management to resolve escalated issues
▪ Operates various internal processing systems
Skills required are intermediate:
▪ MS Office skills
▪ Oral & written communication
