Job Description:
This position will be working with the Chase Agency Plus Program Manager as well as the Sales team to ensure the timely, efficient and effective execution of residential mortgage loan transactions with Chase approved counterparties for all components of Chase Agency Plus and other servicing acquisition programs. The position will report to the Chase Agency Plus Program Manager.
The Chase Agency Plus program is a partnership with the agencies to add newly originated high quality loans and servicing to Chase’s servicing portfolio.
The position has the following key responsibilities:
  • Assist in driving the business development strategy to support the growth of the program  
  • Responsible for Agency relations associated with the Chase Agency Plus program and partner with Sales team to build and cultivate a strong pipeline of approved customers for the program
  • Serve as point person to field questions from the Sales Team and all Internal Business partners on specifics of transaction structure, delivery methods and current policies
  • Partner with Sales team as subject matter expert in explaining program parameters to the customer and delivering comprehensive options and solutions tailored to the needs of the customer
  • Ensure all transactions are executed in accordance with policies, procedures and controls
  • Collaborate with risk and contract management teams in review, negotiation and execution of  all supporting agreements related to  the transactions
  • Determine customer implementation schedule and responsible for all related tracking, reporting and internal and external communications
  • Utilize agency referral networks to identify and pursue potential new customers for the program
  • Monitor program deliveries and responsible for identifying potential issues/risks and provide recommendations for the resolution of all program risk events
  • Responsible to monitor, communicate and resolve with customer all funding adjustments
  • Internal Partnership Management, including regularly occurring meetings with key stakeholders in correspondent, agency relations, servicing, credit risk and capital markets
  • Attend regularly scheduled meetings with the agencies
  • Meaningful contribution to Chase Overall Customer Satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint required
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in working across various departments and lines of business
  • Five years of Mortgage Experience required
  • Exposure to Mortgage Finance including Pricing, Secondary Marketing operations, mortgage servicing and file delivery requirements
  • Understanding of agency deal structures, requirements and legal documentation
  • Five years of Correspondent Mortgage Experience preferred
