Our Global Service Centers (GSCs) are strategically positioned in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad to support the firm’s operations regionally and globally. The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          The Technology team at our GSCs service all Lines of Business and Enterprise Technology in helping build and operate innovative industry leading solutions. The breadth of capabilities within the Technology team at the GSC enables it to support the firm in leading edge areas such as Digital, Big data analytics, Robotics & Machine Learning.

 

  • 8-12 years of Business Analyst work
  • 5+ year of Experience working in Agile /Scrum methodology
  • Experience in being a product delegate is a plus
  • Scrum Master certification is a plus
  • Experience is assisting team to go through agile transformation journey with focus on Business Analysis, Product Owner, Scrum Master
  • Experience/understanding of business process re-engineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis.
  • Work closely with business partners to identify process improvements and leverage technology to automate and streamline existing processes
  • Serve as the liaison between the business client, development team, and the vendor. 
  • Strong analytical skills, writing skills and solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications
  • Proficient in agile methodology, especially in terms of documenting requirements through Epics and User Stories; incorporating user feedback and evolution; tracking progress and managing change through tools like Jira; learning from retrospective
  • Create use cases to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to IT team
  • Manage identified defect and remediation plans
  • Coordinate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos and the development of appropriate documentation
  • Able to work independently as well as with a team to meet target dates
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft products; Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint. 
  • Assist with reporting, analysis and related business intelligence activities
  • Exposure to .NET/MVC and SharePoint custom applications is a plus
  • Knowledge of JIRA and JIRA boards is a plus
  • Prior experience with mock-up and proto types is a plus

 

 

 

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis.
  • Scrum Master Certification is a plus
  • Business Analyst Certification is a plus
  • Good Experience in requirements collection, business and impact analysis and preparing requirement documents.
  • Experience in functional, regression testing of web applications
  • Good written and oral communication skills
