As an Applications Production Support Lead, you will be responsible
for Incident and Problem resolution for aligned LOBs. Lead a global
team of 7 to 15 resources in Java Cloud Agile environment. The
role also involves engaging and partnering with Application development
teams, and various platform owners and also interfacing with
executive and senior management. Responsible to ensure that the
applications meet their required service levels. Perform service
transition from development to support. Effectively perform root cause
analysis of issues and report the outcome to business community and
management. Develop and utilize core support tools and processes to
perform work while improving day-to-day practices for support team
members with the goal of delivering service improvements to the
business. Coordinate and work with the global production support

- BS or BA Degree or Equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of professional experience in the field
of information and technology.
- 5+ years of Experience in developing and designing Java
services and applications
- Experience with leading application development/support
on private and public Cloud platform
- Experience with Unix platforms and scripting
- Experience in SQL debugging skills
- Hands on experience in Apache projects on Bigdata is a
- Knowledge of open source tools and utilities
- Experience in leading teams
- Ability to multi-task /change focus quickly.
- Must be a team player.
