As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for mitigation of operational risk and partner with other control functions to maintain an effective control environment within the Client Reference Data Operations space.
This is role is in a fast paced, global operational environment. 
Specific job duties consist of:
  • Utilization of quality testing to proactively identify areas of risk and implementation of best practice
  • Quickly become a SME of CRD’s processing duties
  • Perform Supervisory Reviews to cover regulated business processes including New Client Creation and Maintenance as well as Funds Remediation processes
  • Partnership with global Client Reference Data Operations management to lead to effective calibration discussions and defect resolution
  • Collaboration with all team members to ensure consistency and fostering an environment of continuous improvement
  • Validation of action steps taken by the business to resolve issues identified through the Supervisory Review process
  • Assist in the build out of new test scripts as well as maintenance of existing scripts

Skills & Experience:
  • Team player with proven ability to work with others and as an independent contributor
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, technical and problem solving skills with the ability to train and motivate other team members
  • Self-motivated; ability to reprioritize and manage multiple deliverables in a fast paced environment
  • Prior Quality Control/Assurance experience an advantage
  • Demonstrate flexibility during process evolution and change
  • Ability to build strong and productive working relationships with team members and business partners at all levels
  • Knowledge and understanding of operational processes from across the CIB product offering an advantage
  • Willingness to challenge current operating model and capable of direct interface with senior management
  • Ability to quickly analyze process and procedures, document control weaknesses or inefficiencies and propose remediation steps
  • Detail oriented, methodical approach with ability to deliver quality product
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (specifically Microsoft Excel)
  • Ability to navigate and/or build SharePoint
Degree level qualification is necessary, however relevant work experience will be considered
