purpose: To implement the ETF Marketing
strategy across Europe and assist with the on-going development and growth of
the ETF business

offering in the US for four years and late in 2017 it launched its
International ETF Business, managed out of London. Through 2018 and beyond J.P Morgan intends to
significantly expand its ETF offering in Europe with an on-going launch
strategy and a market leading distribution capability.
Based in London, this senior Marketing role will be
involved in the development and implementation of an integrated Marketing
strategy across Pan-Europe, co-ordinating with and utilising the capabilities
of the local Marketing teams as well as the specialist Marketing teams based in
London. J.P. Morgan has a very well
developed distribution organisation across Europe and it will be an essential
part of this role to utilise and co-ordinate across that exiting
infrastructure, whilst innovating, evolving and refining the Sales and
Marketing offering for the ETF business.
successful candidate for this role will demonstrate a good understanding of all
elements of the marketing mix, and have had experience delivering fully
integrated acquisition based campaigns. The Marketing mix will be extensive
ranging from large 121 events to broad targeted digital activity and so we seek
an ambitious, confident and experienced individual that is keen to gain the valuable

- To assist in the development,
implementation and reporting of the European marketing plans for ETFs
through managing the delivery of campaign based and business as usual activity.
- To co-ordinate Sales
& Marketing activity across Pan-Europe utilising local and specialist
central Marketing teams and the Sales organisation.
- To work closely with the
Sales organisation to ensure that planned activity supports sales efforts,
is communicated effectively and in a timely manner.
- To work with team
members, internal and external agencies and relevant business areas to produce
promotional and support activities integrated across the full marketing
mix including e-commerce activities, on and offline advertising, emails, events,
collateral production etc.
- To develop leads for the
Sales Team and ensure that effective follow-up to activity is deployed and
reported on appropriately.
- To analyse marketing
activity and identify effective measures to evaluate the impact and ROI
with recommendations for future activity.
- To ensure that
communication processes and content adhere to company/industry standards
and compliance regulations via an electronic workflow management system.
- To liaise with marketing
colleagues and stakeholders to ensure best execution, consistency and
adherence to corporate and brand guidelines.
- To undertake regular
reviews and any required updates of all marketing collateral and assets to
ensure they are consistent, relevant, compliant and up-to-date.

processing and accounting of marketing budget/invoices/purchase ledger etc

Experience and skills:
- Comprehensive marketing
experience with track record of developing and delivering fully integrated
marketing campaigns successfully. Ideally
has a good understanding of Exchange Traded Funds and the European
Wholesale distribution market.
- Can demonstrate
examples of developing campaigns which involve all elements of the
marketing mix and confidence in business planning through to
implementation and evaluation.
- Experience in asset
management / financial services is desirable.
- Familiarity with
working in a complex matrix structure, and bringing together various parts
of business together to drive forward a common agenda is essential.
- Ability to manage
multiple relationships, both within marketing team, and with internal
clients, is critical to success of the role.
- Degree / Marketing qualifications
- desirable but not essential.
- Good PC skills and
knowledge of Microsoft applications essential.
- Basic copy writing
skills and an eye for detail.
- Must be numerate and
possess good analysis skills with the ability to interrogate data
