Job Description:
As a Client Service Professional, you will report to a Client Service Manager or Assistant Client Service Manager and operate under the general supervision as part of the Chase Dealer Commercial Services (DCS) Team. You will be responsible for various customer service, relationship management activities and operational controls of an assigned portfolio of DCS commercial customers. You will serve as the primary point of service contact for each client within the CSPs overall DCS commercial portfolio. The assigned client portfolio may be comprised of operating transactional accounts, complex treasury products and various credit facilitates. Daily activities will include but are not limited to the following:
Opening and Closing of accounts, Research and Resolution of customer's DDA/ Loan /Treasury Inquires, Processing Loan Transactions, Initiation of Wire Transfers, Conducting Overdraft Research, Preparing and Collecting Account Documentation from customers. Client Service Management may also assign segment specific projects. You will also be expected to work independently but escalate more complex issues as appropriately necessary to resolve customer requests in a timely manner. You will be expected to have general knowledge of and adhere to all DCS and Commercial Bank Service procedures. Additionally, you should be able to identify products and services that may benefit clients and improve overall relationship profitability. You may also participate in joint client calls with Bankers and Treasury Sales Officers and have responsibility for some administrative functions.
 
 
  • Requires three years work experience in banking or financial service industry performing related client service, relationship management, portfolio management, sales support, loan servicing/loan processing, customer service, or operations duties.
  • Requires knowledge of either Dealer Commercial Services, Middle Market, Large Corporate, Business Banking,  Branch Banking, Treasury or Cash Management areas within the Bank 
  • A demonstrated ability to work independently in a problem solving capacity, coupled with a willingness to multi-task 
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Be able to work in a team and under pressure effectively
  • PC skills to include Microsoft products
  • High school graduate or equivalent required, prefer Bachelor's Degree
