Custody and Fund Services (CFS) is a top tier provider of post trade servicing for institutional investors across a bundled package of custody, fund accounting, and related services.  Securities Lending is a product within Custody & Fund Services and offers institutional investors the opportunity to earn extra income on investment and pension portfolios with minimal risk and involvement by lending their securities to qualified borrowers.
 

The Role

The role, Global Head of Agent Lending Pricing Analytics, will be based in New York and report to the Global Head of Agent Lending in London.   Primary responsibilities: pricing new/existing client portfolios, price individual securities financing transactions, optimization of Agent Lending’s financial resources (within the firm’s binding constraints – RWA/Capital, GSIB, Leverage Ratio) and oversite of Agent Lending’s loan allocation process.  The role will also include a review of the existing processes, in order to help identify opportunities for improvements, and subsequently participate in implementing those improvements. The candidate will have extensive trading experience and pricing of securities financing portfolios at comparative financial institutions.  The candidate is expected to quickly learn Agent Lending’s fiduciary responsibilities and show strong partnership skills to the many groups they’d interact with on a frequent basis.

 

 
 
 
 
 

 

  • An in depth knowledge of fixed income lending and financing, and general financial markets.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Must be highly energetic and motivated, able to work under pressure. A self starter capable of working long hours in a fast pace environment, with strong leadership qualities, and an effective communicator in a team environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have worked within securities lending for a minimum of 8+ years, with solid understanding of what drives Securities Lending business from both supply and demand side.
