Job Description:

The Project Catalyst E2E Process team is responsible for simplifying and rationalizing our sales processes to drive banker effectiveness and improve the client experience. The team will partner closely with subject-matter-experts across the business to analyze current state processes, prototype and test potential solutions, and drive the development and implementation of target state processes and tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work with key stakeholders to develop as-is process mapping and journey mapping and identify pain points and key issues
  • Lead development and refinement of recommended solutions to address key issues
  • Gather, model, and analyze data to test hypotheses, identifying trends and key insights
  • Produce presentation materials to summarize findings / recommendations and take part in syndication efforts
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop, refine, and launch implementation plans
  • Establish excellent relationships with internal clients and partners

  • Strong project management skills including project planning, time management, organization, influencing, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with attention to detail
  • Able to quickly and effectively respond to rapidly changing business needs and urgent requests
  • Independent and self-motivated with a service-oriented mindset, but also a team player capable of working collaboratively and developing strong partnerships
  • Able to prioritize issues and multi-task effectively to handle multiple assignments and be proactive in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
  • Intellectually curious with a genuine interest in knowledge gathering and problem solving
  • Proactively seeks guidance, clarification, and feedback from others
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years relevant work experience (consulting, corporate strategy and/or client-facing experience is a plus)
  • BA / BS degree
