Description
The Private Bank Mortgage Center provides end to end mortgage origination in all 50 states for Private Banking clients.  Our loans are generally complex transactions due to the financial diversity and sophistication of the client base.  Our clients expect the highest levels of quality service throughout the process, resulting in an exceptional client experience.
 
The MIS Analyst will serve as a senior resource for developing and delivering high performing reporting solutions and data analysis. This role is primarily focused on SharePoint tool and SQL Server. Responsibilities will include creation and maintenance of reporting solutions and SharePoint sites.
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop Excel, SSRS, QlikView based reporting
  • Create SQL scripts for reporting
  • Create and modify SharePoint sites using lists, sub-sites, libraries, web pages, content types, views, custom HTML or approved-JavaScript elements, SharePoint Developer.
  • Manage permissions using SharePoint groups
  • Work closely with Technology Partners to generate new reports or modify current work products to optimize capabilities and improve efficiency
  • Follow all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions and ensures the end product fulfills the project objectives.
  • Prepare Training Material and User Manuals
  • Collaborate with management and staff in the development and implementation of all projects and/or initiatives related to operational goals and/or process improvement directives.
  • Assist on other projects as needed, perform other related duties and special projects as required
 
  • BS/BA degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of demonstrated analytical skills and experience with reporting tools like SSRS, SSAS, QlikView, QlikSense.
  • 2+ years of SharePoint experience developing and maintaining SharePoint sites. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and SQL query development.
  • Customer/Client oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Good judgment and problem solving skills, ability to think outside the box.
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Be a self-starter and open to learning new technologies
  • Mortgage Origination experience is a plus
  • ASP.Net or similar tools is a plus.
