Position Description
• Assist Asset Management with bidding, scheduling, contract document preparation and follow-up on contracted activities with vendors.
• Maintain direct contact with Asset Management personnel, vendors, and internal bank department, i.e., accounts payable, risk management, legal, and others to resolve issues and/or implement service enhancements
• Coordinate with Asset Management to ensure all current vendors are under contract.
• Support Asset Management on local RFP initiatives; Lead regional RFP initiatives
• Work with Facility Manager to ensure local RFP initiatives are completed per the bidding matrix.
• Assist in portfolio initiatives, i.e., vendor performance evaluation, sourcing of qualified vendors, combined
• Generate contract documents when required.
  • Determine potential third party vendors to support the line of business
  • Manage Vendor Relationships alongside GWM VMO, and AM Center VMO
  • Confirm all yearly requirements have been met within VMO space
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Present LOB recommendations for vendors which require escalation to Deal Review Board
  • Design scoring and evaluation of vendors for approved engagements
  • Monitor DM’s responsible for completing all required due diligence paperwork for identified vendors throughout the year.
  • Conduct meetings with vendors to discuss strategic direction
  • Determine and monitor disengagement of vendors
  • Communicate material changes, impacts, concerns to Vendors and GWM leads
  • Set goals and performance management measures for DM’s
  • Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly updates to Senior Management
  • Support staff functions by advocating for resources, validating concerns, escalating issues
Attendance of MDTA, SWAT review
  • 5+ years of ITRM, ORM, Sourcing, Audit or Vendor Management experience is desirable.
  • Experience assessing performance, contracts, adherence to our corporate policy required
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in business related discipline or equivalent work/training required
  • Advanced Degree preferred
  • Certifications in Auditing, Operations Management, Business Management, Operational Risk Management
