Embraced as an integral part of the business, the organization develops marketing strategies and executes communication strategies that support business needs and goals. 


As Executive Communications Manager for Commercial Card, you will:

  • Be a part of Chase Communications on the Card and Merchant Services Communications team, dedicated to supporting the Commercial Card Services business
  • Also be an embedded member of the Commercial Card Marketing team to coordinate strategies and the calendar of leadership events and editorial content
  • Understand the Commercial Card business to be able to deliver relevant communications to employees, as well as tell the Commercial Card story to audiences across Card Services, CCB and the firm.
  • Create and manage modern, compelling content that supports business priorities, engages employees and helps support a positive culture
  • Manage all aspects of Commercial Card town halls, site visits and leadership offsites
  • Incorporate overall Card Services, CCB and firm-wide strategies and operating principles
  • Support overall communications efforts for Card and B2B payments





  • Amazing and prolific writing skills from blank page to copy editing and all things in between
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint
  • Experience in managing events
  • Strong judgment and decision-making
  • Confidence to provide solid communications counsel to senior managers
  • Proactive by nature and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Boldness to pitch fresh ideas within the team, think creatively, and identify and solve problems
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, and marketing
  • Familiarity with financial services and / or financial regulations and impact on the industry / economy
  • Exceptional ability to partner across a large, matrixed organization
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple assignments, stringent deadlines and changing priorities
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and calm in chaos
  • Maniacally ethical with an unwavering commitment to always doing the right thing
  • Bias toward action, and ability to execute with speed and agility without sacrificing quality
  • Strong desire to learn and stay ahead of what’s new and next
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism or similar discipline preferred
