Job Description:
MMBSI Finance and Business Management is seeking a Program Manager to oversee its transition to interactive, self-service business intelligence delivery platforms, and sustained reporting delivery through these means.
 
The Program Manager will gather and analyze relevant sales financial information and other data, work with end-users to develop information delivery solutions using CB’s strategic BI tools, and maintain ongoing program support to refine, deliver and enhance interactive reporting capabilities where necessary.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as lead program manager for MMBSI Sales, Financial and Treasury reporting delivery. Responsible for delivery of information using strategic solutions in each of these areas.
  • Contributes to setting and driving the strategic and tactical direction for the overall program, with an emphasis on providing transparency into performance and productivity using data across Middle Market. 
  • Collaborates with and delivers requirements to central development teams, participating throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Oversees ongoing training, communication and change management programs with key user groups.
  • Coordinates and manages overall project team activities. Monitors progress, including project health, capacity planning, developing and mentoring staff when and if needed, and pursues internal process improvement activity where necessary.
  • Resolves conflict through expert collaboration and broad decision-making   
  • Fosters an environment where risk/control issues are escalated, and trends are anticipated and identified
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience (business intelligence delivery, analytics and reporting, program management, process improvements and change management); knowledge of Commercial Banking and / or Middle Market is preferred
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to execute technology and business intelligence delivery  
  • Ability to partner across business lines and interact with / communicate to all levels of the organization   
  • Ability to understand business drivers and requirements in order to development recommended data-driven solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills   
  • Proven work experience influencing others to initiate a recommended course of action
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information in differing degrees of detail and form depending on the audience   
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills
  • SQL, Hadoop and Qlik experience a plus.
  • BA / BS degree; MBA preferred.
