Job Description:
One of the key responsibilities of the Global Technology Strategy & Program Management team is to enable our people to deliver against our ambitious multi-year agenda and achieve the GT Vision.  As we begin this journey, it is imperative that we continuously monitor how change is being adopted across Global Technology and the broader JPMC organization. It is equally imperative to drive consistency in the implementation and messaging of change. The Organizational Change Management Associate will be responsible for helping to ensure we have a robust and consistent change management strategy and execution plan.
 
This position will include partnering with various cross-LOB leaders and key partners across global technology including GT Program Leads, Communications, HR and Training. The ideal candidate will have strategy skills to identify and solve for challenges but also strong execution skills to deliver upon the strategy.  This position will involve working across all lines of business and geographies and will require solid communication skills, ability to build relationships and drive a consistent agenda. The ideal candidate is a "self-starter" with a desire to understand and a passion for change management. 
 
                         
Highlighted Responsibilities:
Program Management & Governance
  • Manage and provide input into overall Change Plan ensuring that all audiences are supported throughout the change; consistently manage and monitor impact assessment
  • Support the development of program materials to be used with core team, across the business and with GT Leadership
  • Develop and manage cross-LOB relationships to ensure plan is clearly communicated, understood and consistently executed
  • Coordinate and support monthly Advancing You meetings and weekly core team meetings
 
Change Adoption & Measurement:
  • Support the delivery (reporting structure, process, communications) of the GT Vision Check-in, delivered bi-annually
  • Review and analyze results to deduct key themes
  • Share results with business leaders and develop/implement strategies and approaches to improving results over time
 
Champions:
  • Support a global Champion network to help them better understand GT Vision strategies and plans
  • Enable Champions, through training & communications to effectively disseminate messages and support change locally
  • Coordinate monthly Champion sessions and develop materials to help support them to communicate key program messages
 
Employee Engagement & Support:
  • Understand Manager needs and identify opportunities to engage
  • Partner closely with HR and Communications to create manager support tools and packs
  • Support the implementation of GT Vision programs (e.g., POWERUP) and other employee engagement & adoption activities
  • Support local based engagement opportunities (e.g., GTOC site visits) and identify ways to further engage employees
  • Minimum of a College Degree with preference for an MBA
  • 6-8+ years of experience in a large fast paced environment leveraging change management skills coupled with solid business acumen
  • Proven experience structuring frameworks/approaches to complex problem solving
  • Ability to identify and gather relevant data, then analyze data to drive management discussions decisions around business processes and change management efforts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with senior management
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and build relationships and establish strong partnerships at senior levels across Global Technology
  • Experience in cross-functional teams and ability to influence people at a variety of levels
  • Ability to leverage resources outside of direct control
  • Proficient in use of standard office software and reporting applications and analytical techniques
  • Advanced MS Office skills specifically with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in management consulting or with "consulting-like" challenges
