HR Service Delivery manager– VP – based in Luxembourg
HR Service Delivery Manager (Vice President)
The Human Resources Service Delivery Team provides the full range of local HR operational services. We are looking for HR Service Delivery Manager covering Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands and the Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland). This role will manage a team covering activities such as onboarding, offboarding, absences management, data management, payroll and risk & control. This role will also serve as the senior subject matter expert across the local needs and products/services supported.

This role offers a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to get engaged in key local and regional strategic projects and effectively manage the change environment in collaboration with local leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead existing HRSD operating model and processes in order to provide a superior employee experience
  • Manage and develop a high performing and diverse team
  • Bring within HRSD a robust Operations culture in order to implement enhanced ways of working to improve efficiency, simplification and employee experience
  • Work with multiple stakeholders within the global and regional HR/HRSD teams and non-HR partners
  • Serve as point person for escalations relating to operating model and issue resolution
  • Maintain an accurate view of legal and regulatory requirements/HR processes for each country
  • Collaborate with HR Oversight & Controls team to develop and implement an operating model that supports efforts to prevent issues and mitigate risk (e.g. business resiliency, financial loss, reputational risk). 
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders to ensure, embedded in the business as usual processes, readiness to internal and external audits, through testing HR processes and  managing risk & control self assessments
  • Work with other HR regional and global partners to review opportunities to share operational best practices. Work with HR regional and global management team to advise on future organisational structure within the overall HR regional operational environment
  • Manage Vendors within the HR Third Party Management Oversight framework
  • Strong people management skills with experience of managing a busy team to deliver high quality work against tight deadlines.
  • Oriented to problem solving, ability to analyse complex situations and propose alternative solutions.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Other languages will be an asset.
  • Ability to network internally and externally.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and manage high volumes.
  • Knowledge in HR operation function and/or experience/background in Operations:  i.e. operating procedures, operating model design, strategy.
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg regulation & laws. Netherlands, Belgium & Nordics legal and regulatory knowledge will be an asset. 
  • Experience in cross country project management.
