Job Description:

As a project Business Analyst on the Cash Operations team, you will be part of a team responsible for assisting with the roll out of Connect applications to US Operations and Global Trust Support Services.   You will work with members of a broader working group across US Operations and Global Trust Services Support.
 
The Project BA / Manager is expected to have an understanding of agile project methodology, testing, and documentation of business requirements. The role with include both business analysis tasks, project management tasks including Project Management reporting.    The qualified individual is expected to perform assigned project activities and be flexible in working the required hours which may include some weekends (to support application releases). 
 
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Operations Working Group, Private Banking Technology, Client Service, and Trust and Estates
  • Track and execute against assigned project deliverables
  • Develop / Assist with developing project plans and roll out plans
  • Managing execution against plan
  • Manage communication to stakeholders and management through presentations and reports
  • Develop Roadmap reporting for the Connect Roll out
  • Lead project meetings and document meeting notes and action items
  • Prepare materials and presentations for working group meetings and updates to management ensuring clear ownership of action items
  • Participate in testing new functionality for Connect Service Requests and other Connect applications
  • Develop Training plans
  • Conduct User Training
  • Document business requirements via user stories
  • Create User Acceptance Test Scripts
  • Communicate business priorities to the technology team in order to drive effective business solutions
  • Provide support for Connect roll outs
  • Create test status reporting and complete weekly test reporting updates
  • Develop test reporting framework
  • Perform assigned analysis tasks
  • Assist with reviewing user reported defects, assessing validity of defect, and reporting defect to technology
 
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge
  • Experience performing user acceptance testing
  • 4 – 10 years business analyst / project management experience
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience on projects implementing new software capabilities
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.  
  • Adaptable to a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Successfully works independently as well as in a team setting
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • SharePoint knowledge a plus
  • Knowledge of Workstation is a plus
  • Knowledge of Jira is a plus
  • Private Banking knowledge is a plus
