Job Description:

The Client Intelligence Business Analyst will drive various toolsets through the software development life cycle (SDLC), and build strong relationship across all lines of business in CIB. The position requires constant in-person meeting time

with sales in a trading floor environment. The Sales organization is roughly 2200 staff globally.

 

Candidates must have prior experience working with Sales organization and developing toolsets for Sales. Experience in the financial markets, structured problem solving with a superior academic record is required.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

 

·         BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

·         Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and independently, while maintaining a high degree of communication

and escalation at appropriate junctures

·         Must have exposure to client intelligence toolsets throughout SDLC; collect user requirements, work closely with UX (user experience)

on design, provide guidance to development team, and drive user adoption

·         Execute client intelligence roadmap for Sales across Fixed Income and Equities globally. Partner with Sales staff and

Technology to determine the priority of the roadmap

·         Produce requirements document that translate business requirements into function specification for technology teams

·         Team player comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting-style, unstructured environment

·         Excellent quantitative and analytical problem solving skills – as well as written and verbal communication

·         Experience working on a trading floor and interacting with sales & trading is preferred

·         High-level of proficiency in MS-Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)

·         Familiar with front-end and back-end technology intricacy (HTML, Javascripts, .Net, WPF, Java J2EE, Oracle, Data

Warehouse, SQL)
