We are recruiting Business Analysts eager to deliver best-in-class real-time communication features including cognitive digital agents, live person-to-person chat features, messaging capabilities, and video calling features.  You are going to change the way we interact with our customers. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and designing a world-class digital communication experience for our customers, alongside a team of world-class developers, designers and software architects. You will design and build the next generation of Real-time applications using leading edge technologies, with a focus on telephony, automation, and Web RTC.  You will work with product managers and UI/UX designers to create a secure, seamless communication experience via the customers’ channel of choice.

 

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Analyzes business requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how systems and applications can best functionally fulfill those needs
  • Combines knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built and used to create functional design and write user stories for a given application
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Business, Architecture, Development and Testing teams throughout the project life cycle
  • Strategizes with the business for the optimization of system processes; Identify efficiencies and ways to improve BAU design and system flow
  • Identifies, assesses, and documents business requirements, recommending business priorities, and advising business on options, risks, and costs
  • Schedule and lead requirements & JAD sessions with stakeholders; gather testable system requirements and translate them into use cases in user stories & gherkin
  • Analyzes impact of proposed solution across the business and develops use cases to demonstrate the business requirements to the technology teams
  • 5 + years of experience in information technology with an emphasis on Technical Business Systems Analysis
  • Demonstrated ability with gathering and analysing Business and Data Requirements across multiple applications and technologies throughout the full SDLC of projects
  • Self-starter who with a proven track record in analytical thinking, problem solving and communication and experience in dealing with both senior executives and their teams
  • Style that promotes a culture of collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills combined with solid project management ability
  • Ability to manage to tight deadlines with a mind-set for flexibility
  • Prior knowledge / experience using JIRA is a plus, along with advanced knowledge in Agile SDLC  
  • Able to properly document (functional & technical) source to target mappings, process flows, and business requirements. Solid facilitation skills to gather the necessary information to document and/or develop a plan - strategic/tactical
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are critical
