GTI-Infrastructure Development (GID) is focused on developing and delivering services that integrate software solutions with infrastructure in innovative, cost effective and efficient ways. The GID team provides services for use by business-aligned application delivery organizations, across all layers of the software stack, which may include application interface services, productivity and collaboration tools, and data integration solutions.



In the role of Software Engineering – Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for providing application development in Java & Oracle. You will participate in application architecture, design meetings and project meetings. You will be responsible for understanding and proposing architecture, design, implementation and documentation of new & existing applications. You will be responsible for optimizing application performance, stability, usability, supportability and maintainability. In this position, you will listen to, understand and articulate the business value and impact of advanced technical and non-technical concepts in both written and oral formats to customers, peers and/or management in a one-on-one or team context.  You will be needed to seek management assistance when required to make decisions or communicate across organizational boundaries, and need to understand when to escalate issues.  In this role, you will be involved in anticipating problem troubleshooting scenarios and will analyze ways in which to avoid the problem completely or greatly mitigate its risk. You are also responsible in closely working with the fellow developers and helping them in their regular activities. You are also responsible in closely working with the junior developers and guiding/helping them in their regular activities. You should be well versed with Agile Scrum/Kanban processes.


The ideal candidate will be capable of documenting small-to medium scale projects with minimal supervision, and may be involved in developing and delivering presentations. Capable of routinely making effective and timely decisions in alignment with departmental direction based on sound business knowledge and the ability to solicit input from internal and external sources, including the ability to investigate and weigh best practices from other corporations, analyze input and use sound judgment. Capable of doing whatever it takes to support the tactical and strategic goals of the team and larger organization.  Is recognized as a positive and motivational force on the team and negotiates skillfully in difficult situations with both internal and external groups. 


Currently we are seeking a cross functional scrum team member to deliver business critical applications of high functional and technical quality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with Product Owners and BAs to define acceptance criteria/test cases. They are able to quickly learn new business domains and facilitate that understanding across the team. They will be passionate about helping to deliver working software to the business, rapidly and safely.

  • Partner with QA, DB, BA/PO and other dependent teams
  • Make sure the code is hygiene and well maintained.
  • Use tools to reverse engineer and simplify the application portfolio.
  • Application Performance tuning, troubleshooting/analyzing the complex problems.
  • Following and Documenting processes and procedures as assigned by management/ITRC
  • Mentor junior engineers, new team members, and apply technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems.
  • Ensuring that the production issues are resolved with a high sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of current trends in information technology best practices and standards and how to apply this understanding to work projects and processes
  • Must have very good knowledge and understanding of the assigned information technology platform and make recommendations for improvements to the technology
  • Proven track record working as part of a team delivering software solutions
  • For this position, you will design & develop new features and fixes to the product – writing user stories, demoing design proposals, writing code and completing peer reviews.

This role requires experience of enterprise application development at scale.

You’ll work in partnership with Operate, end users and other development teams. The ability to communicate succinctly in writing and verbally is essential. Attention to detail is critical in this position, both in development and support activities


- Proven in-depth experience with .net, C#, VB.NET, Javascript (AngularJS)

- Basic knowledge on Java and willingness to adopt to Java techstack

- Hands-on experience on any BI Tools

- 6+ years of software engineering experience, in testing automation and/or application development

- Hands on experience of enterprise applications,

- Knowledge of Windows Services, Web Services (REST & JSON) & Messaging (JMS)

- Knowledge of automated testing & deployment

- Continuous Integration (Hudson/Jenkins) & Unit test experience with jUnit

- Knowledge of MVC & Design patterns, and UML

- Ability to drive architecture, design, best practices using the latest tools available

- Distributed Team Working

- Excellent troubleshooting skills

- Knowledge of accepted software engineering methods such as object-oriented programming, structured programming, reusable software, life-cycle development, and software development process methodologies.

- Knowledge on Multi-threading and concurrency, and performance improvements

- Unit Testing and TDD

- Knowledge and hands-on experience on Oracle database and PL/SQL

- Agile Team player, able to negotiate skillfully in difficult situations with both internal and external groups



  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related preferred
  • Knowledge of accepted software engineering methods such as object-oriented programming, structured programming, reusable software, life-cycle development, and software development process methodologies.
