As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for building a robust set of operational and business metrics, working with cross-functional teams to design, build, deploy the monitoring dashboards, and utilize metrics to determine improvement opportunities. You will also be responsible for driving process improvement opportunities.


Our mission in Application Performance and Monitoring organization is to provide monitoring Dashboard for all applications of consumer and community banking in Chase. This team helps correlates all application and infrastructure metrics from multiple platforms and allows production management team, application development team to analyze production incidents, predict failure path and project growth.


  • Work with Data Architect to understand and document performance metrics across multiple platforms.
  • Interface with stakeholders on functional aspects throughout the project life cycle. Liaise with business sponsors to understand priorities and requirements.
  • Collect and maintain metrics mapping allowing ETL and Dashboard team to design and develop Monitoring dashboard
  • Utilizing Agile process for all deliveries.
  • Provide analysis support on Project, New Initiatives and Strategic Decisions
  • Collaborate with engineers, CTO, CIOs to implement solutions that enrich customer experience. 
  • Track project issues, concerns, deliverables, acceptance criteria; Act as a liaison among production management teams, application development teams, and dashboard delivery teams.
  • Deep dive and acquire an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply when solving business problems.
  • Participate in industry and other professional networks to ensure awareness of industry standards, trends and best practice in order to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge


  • Experience with cross-functional teams for implementation of project/program requirements
  • Strong data analysis/Excel/SQL skills
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Degree in Management Information Systems or related fields of study or equivalent relevant experience required
  • Self-starter with excellent analytical, communication and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Cloud
  • Experience in business process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma a strong plus
  • Experience in technical requirements gathering and the ability to document technical requirements is a strong plus
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to be a big picture thinker, strategist and  long-term planner
  • Outstanding attention to detail; exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
