Global Services Operations (GSO) is responsible for service support and delivery for JPMorgan Chase's Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI). Through its Global Service Desk and Infrastructure Operations Centers, GSO provides global, coordinated diagnostic and support services, while its Production Assurance and Support functions leverage and execute industry-leading infrastructure management and support processes that are designed to minimize customer outages and impacts.  
Part of GSO, the Critical Infrastructure Operations team is focused on providing high level, dedicated focus to critical infrastructure platforms and services.  The team is focused on driving process and service improvement across the organization to ensure these crucial applications maintain the absolute highest system availability.
In the role of Senior Directory Services Administrator, you will be responsible for providing service delivery and operational support for the firms Active Directory and supporting infrastructure with a 24*7 follow-the-sun operating model.
In this role you would:
  • Bring thought leadership to a high performing team.
  • Take ownership of issues and drive through to resolution across a complex, global enterprise environment.
  • Manage mission critical environments for a major global financial services organization.
  • Effectively communicate with diverse technical teams, multiple lines of business at all levels within the organization.
  • Assertively drive improvement through the environment and across the organization.
  • Perform proactive duties, including patch management and software upgrades.
  • Work well independently and within a group within a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Perform all duties following all JPMC standards regarding engagement, change management, and escalations.
  • Be required to escalate to vendors and provide root cause analysis and incident reports. Provide timely resolution to break/fix issues. 
  • Hands-on administration and support of a complex multi-forest, global Active Directory environment
  • Automate solutions to identified production issues on an ongoing basis
  • Implement and operate advanced security features including Privilege Access Workstations and Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics.
  • Administration and implementation of ADFS identity solutions for more than Microsoft Office 365.  This includes configuring federation trusts with non-Microsoft cloud vendor as well as using ADFS for internal claim aware applications and APIs.
  • Support migration of on-premise email and collaboration services to the Microsoft Cloud.  This includes having knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager as well as SQL Server.
Required Skills:
  • Strong history of solving problems through automation/scripting
  • Minimum of 7+ years of hands on practical experience supporting Active Directory in a complex, global, mission critical production environment
  • Very strong with Powershell
  • Strong history of creating solid documentation
  • Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills:
  • ADFS + Azure
  • OAUTH and OpenID Protocols
  • Microsoft ATA
  • Microsoft Identity Manager and/or Forefront Identity Manager
Desired Skills:
  • Python
  • SQL Development (Queries, Store Procedures, Table/View Design)
