The Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) team resides within Corporate Finance. The group is responsible for the execution and delivery against the Firm’s regulatory reporting requirements to its U.S. regulators. The team has end-to-end responsibility for US regulatory reporting and capital stress testing, including the design, implementation, and oversight of the execution, analysis, and control and governance frameworks. Its mandate includes determining the appropriate investment in people, processes and technology to improve the accuracy, completeness and consistency of the Firm’s U.S. regulatory reporting and capital stress testing submissions, as well as the implementation of new requirements and guidelines as they are published.

 

The objectives of the FRRA Team are to provide leadership on all aspects of US regulatory reporting and firmwide capital stress-testing, including both internal and regulatory requirements

 
Regulatory Reporting Exam Management
  • Provide support to head of exam management and Exam Management Team to facilitate U.S. regulatory reporting examinations (supervisory and internal audit) and support building regulatory relationships relating to coordinating and enhancing communications

  • Coordinate across lines of businesses and relevant functions to provide required information on a timely fashion to the regulators

  • Conduct review of information going to regulators to ensure the quality of the information provided

  • Responsible for coordination of exam status update to management and key stakeholders within the firm

  • Assist with coordination of firm responses to regulatory reporting examination issues

  • Monitor regulatory reporting exam issues and remediation

  • Assist with proactively identification, escalation and mitigation areas of regulatory reporting risk


Candidate Requirements:

  • Associate or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent (CPA and/or Master's a plus)
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements and exam structure/execution

  • Strong US GAAP knowledge is preferred but not required

  • Solid project management experience/skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility to change priorities as new situations present themselves

  • Coordinating planning, directing, and reporting skills

  • Fast learner and self motivator
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines, as well as tracking execution
